Agriculture Value-Chain Network Ltd ("AVN", "we", "us") operates avnearth.com. This page explains how we collect and use your information when you visit our site or submit an enquiry.

What we collect

When you submit a Sample DDS Report request or Register Interest form, we collect your name, company (where asked), email address, and any other information you choose to provide such as the countries you trade with or your message to us. We also collect standard web analytics data (page views, browser type, referring URL) through our hosting provider.

How we use it

We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry and, if you've separately opted in, to send you updates on EUDR/UKDR developments and AVN Earth via our mailing list. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for unrelated marketing.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (given when you check the reply-consent box on our forms) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Our forms use two separate, granular consents: agreeing that AVN may reply to your enquiry, and (separately) opting in to our mailing list. The mailing-list consent is optional and you can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.

Retention

We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email info@avnearth.com to exercise any of these rights.
